What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card payments, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Square. We are in the process of setting up alternative payment methods and will update accordingly.
Do you provide installation services?

Currently we do not provide a formal installation service. However, this is an area we are exploring and we hope to provide this in the future.
Are we able to view the products in the physical form prior to purchase?

Yes, we are happy to show you stocked items or those we have on display to anyone who is local to the Gold Coast or is willing to travel to our facility. Please get in contact with us to arrange a suitable time.
Can we get spare parts?

For some products we hold a small inventory of spare parts. If the part required is not available directly from us we will endeavour to source it from our suppliers.
Do you have a store we can visit?

At this stage Salty Dog Adventure Gear only has a storage facility where our products are kept. We are located on the Gold Coast and will be happy to meet anyone in the area to show them our range.
